Cooking with Heifa: Arab Cooking Demo

Come celebrate Arab American Heritage Month with local cookbook author and food blogger Heifa Odeh of Fufu’s Kitchen! Heifa will share recipes from her cookbook "Dine in Palestine" and offer a glimpse into her Arab heritage through stories and the ingredients behind classic Middle Eastern dishes. 

Participants should pick up a numbered entry ticket on the day of the event outside Meeting Room A/B.  Tickets will be given out 30 minutes before the program begins on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited to 45 participants.
