Event Details

Art historian Jeff Mishur will discuss a selection of works by artist and award-winning author Faith Ringgold. These works pertain to important themes, including the challenges faced by women artists, the relationship between "fine art" and "craft," and African American history. There will be a special focus on Ringgold's painted story quilts.
