Dr. Manish Saggar an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine will discuss how meditation can improve our physical, and mental health. Participants will have a chance to practice this simple technique that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation and promote inner growth.
