Miep Gies is the first woman in history to be awarded the Raoul Wallenberg Medal for Humanitarian of the year.  A Dutchwoman from Amsterdam during WWII, Miep protected Anne Frank and her family as they hid from Nazi capture.  National award-winning actress, playwright, and storyteller, Megan Wells brings to life the warmth, wit and fierce courage of a woman devoted to her friends.
