Safe Mushroom Foraging

In this class you will learn how to forage for mushrooms safely. One can't be too careful when identifying a mushroom for the table. In addition to becoming more familiar with the major mushroom groups participants will also learn the basic characteristics of fungi including cap and stipe features, how to use a key, use a field guide, make a spore print and more! *Registration required
