Learn how to upcycle magazines to create a 3D – or flat and frameable – piece of art! Craft kits will be available for pick up at Naper Blvd. Library Adult & Teen Services Desk one week before the program. A video tutorial will be posted on the Library’s YouTube channel. *Registration required
