Learn the beginning techniques required for English paper pieced quilting by making a simple bookmark. The craft tutorial will be posted on the library’s YouTube and Facebook pages. Registrants will be able to pick up a supply kit at Naper Blvd. a week before the program to follow along at home. *Register
