Create a hair clip or pin in the shape of a rainbow using foam and multi-colored sequins. The craft tutorial will be posted on the library’s YouTube page. All supplies, except scissors and glue, will be provided to registrants to pick up at the 95th Street library in advance and follow along at home. *Register
