Understanding the Unique Experiences of African American LGBTQ+ Adults

While there has been increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) communities in recent years, the experience of many LGBTQ older adults, particularly older adults of color, remains much less visible and understood. Explore the history, barriers, and intersectional identities of African American LGBTQ and Same Gender Loving older adults, and hear from a panel of seniors who will share their personal experiences and reflections. *Registration required
