An inspiration to many, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s strong will, persistence and influential role in women’s rights led her to become an icon to many Americans. Historian Jim Gibbons will discuss how Ginsberg’s life and experiences were the catalyst for her fight for gender equality and women’s rights, led her to the Supreme Court, and how she became known as the queen of dissent.
